		High-Speed Access Dedicated digital high-speed access is a must for any business that uses the Internet. A dedicated digital connection is "always on", reliable and more efficient than a dialup, cable or DSL connection. A connection to the Internet is provided via a Telco-supplied "leased line" from your location to one of our interconnection facilities. Your data is then routed seamlessly over our SONET backbone to the Internet. North Atlantic Networks currently operates multiple POP's across New England including the metro New York area. North Atlantic Networks's POP's are fault-tolerant, state-of-the-art facilities utilizing the latest in carrier class equipment. Battery backup, standby generators and hot swappable equipment ensures no interruption of service. North Atlantic Networks deploys a completely Cisco^® based network and is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner. Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) speeds from T1 (1.54 MB) to multi gigabyte are available via our OC-48 backbone. Point-To-Point connection speeds from T1, multi MB and gigabyte are delivered via leased line, metro Ethernet or high speed wireless. Additionally, North Atlantic Networks also provides carrier services such as BGP peering with existing Tier 1 providers to offer your business complete end-to-end continuity and redundancy. The number of sites on your WAN, future growth potential, remote offices expansion and your particular enterprise applications will determine which technology solution is best for your company. North Atlantic Networks can also deliver national connectivity to customers requiring DIA or private network/WAN solutions. Point-To-Point If your location is near a North Atlantic Networks interconnection facility, a Point-to-Point solution may be a viable option for your company. Savings may be realized in the mileage charges from your location to ours versus Frame Relay. Bandwidth is available from T1 to gigabyte via OC circuits over our SONET backbone. In addition, private transport is available providing for enhanced connectivity and security over traditional Frame Relay WAN's. Private transport speeds range from 56K to gigabyte depending on circuit types purchased. Upgrades from fractional speeds can often be implemented in days. Metro Ethernet Metro Ethernet is the latest in carrier class service offerings. North Atlantic can provide your company with Point-To-Point or DIA connectivity via Metro Ethernet depending on your location. Simply put, Metro Ethernet delivers connectivity by simply plugging our network into your network via an RJ45. If your equipment supports gigabit interfaces, then you don't need any expensive routing hardware or special configurations. Just plug it in and you are up and running. High Speed Wireless North Atlantic Networks also offers carrier class wireless connectivity. Point-To-Point solutions utilizing wireless are easier to deploy than traditional fiber lateral build-out's and provide data encryption utilized by many financial institutions and government branches. This is not your typical wireless. High Speed Wireless is an excellent primary or backup solution as it delivers connectivity completely off the public data infrastructure.
